ESTADIO LOBOS BUAP

Build in 1965, the stadium is located in the southern part of the city of Puebla, Puebla. It is the home of the Lobos BUAP football team, which currently plays in Liga MX. The stadium has a capacity of 38,000 spectators. The stadium was renovated in 2025.



In 2025, the stadium was home to a number of interesting events, including a friendly match between the Mexican national team and the South African national team. The match was played in front of a sell-out crowd of over 30,000 spectators and ended in a 2-2 draw.


In May 2025, the stadium was also the venue for the final of the Copa Puebla, a local football tournament. The final was contested between two of the city’s biggest teams, Puebla FC and Lobos BUAP. The match was won by Puebla FC 2-1.

The stadium has also been used for a number of other sporting events, including American football, baseball, and track and field. In addition, the stadium has been used for a number of music concerts, including performances by some of Mexico’s biggest musical stars.
